At Yasuke Goods, we build our gear to support your movement. If the fit isn't right or the product doesn’t meet your expectations for the journey ahead, we are here to help you find the right solution.
1. Return Windows
We offer different return windows based on the nature of the product:
- New YG Technical Goods (Caps, Totes, Socks, Snoods): 30 days from the date of delivery.
- The Archive (Vintage/Pre-loved): 7 days from the date of delivery. Due to the unique, one-of-one nature of these items, we require a faster turnaround to return them to the ecosystem.
- The Remedy: Non-returnable once the seal is broken for health and safety reasons.
2. Condition for Return
To be eligible for a refund, your items must be:
- In the original condition you received them.
- Unworn, unwashed, and free of any scents or marks.
- Complete with all original tags and packaging (including dust bags for Side Totes).
3. International Returns & Duties
As per our shipping policy, YG does not cover the cost of international returns.
- Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping items back to our London hub.
- Duties & Taxes: Any customs duties or taxes paid at the time of original delivery are non-refundable by YG. We recommend contacting your local customs office to inquire about a duty drawback for returned goods.
- Deductions: If a return shipment incurs import duties upon arriving back in the UK, these costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.
4. How to Initiate a Return
- Email [email protected] with your order number (#YG-XXXX) and the reason for the return.
- Once approved, you will receive a Return Authorization and the address of our London warehouse.
- Pack your items securely and ship them using a trackable service. YG is not responsible for items lost during the return journey.
5. Refunds & Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Faulty Items
If your technical gear arrives with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement or a full refund, including shipping costs, to ensure your movement isn't delayed.
