Shipping and delivery

At Yasuke Goods, we understand that when you’re ready to move, you need your kit. We aim to get our technical goods into your hands as efficiently as possible, whether you’re in London, Dubai, or anywhere in between.

1. Order Processing & The "2 PM Rule"

Timing is everything in movement. To ensure our logistics hub stays organized and your orders arrive on time, we adhere to a strict daily cutoff:

  • Before 2:00 PM (GMT): Orders placed before 2 PM Monday through Friday will be processed and dispatched the same day.
  • After 2:00 PM (GMT): Orders placed after 2 PM will be dispatched the following business day.
  • Weekends & Bank Holidays: Orders placed over the weekend or on UK Bank Holidays will be processed on the next available business day.

2. Domestic Shipping (United Kingdom)

We offer two tiers of service for our UK movers:

  • Standard Shipping: 2–3 business days.
  • Express Shipping: Next business day (available for orders placed before 2 PM).

3. International Shipping & Customs

YG ships worldwide. However, crossing borders involves more than just logistics.

Important Note on Customs & Duties: > For all international orders (outside the UK), the customer is solely responsible for any and all customs duties, taxes, and brokerage fees. These are not included in the shipping cost or the product price at checkout.

Please be aware that:

  • Customs policies vary widely by country. We recommend contacting your local customs office for current charges before you order.
  • YG cannot predict these costs or be held liable for them.
  • If you refuse a shipment due to unexpected import fees, the original shipping cost and any return fees will be deducted from your refund.

4. Tracking Your Journey

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this to follow your kit’s progress from our hub to your door.

5. Delivery Issues

  • Incorrect Address: We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Please double-check your details at checkout.
  • Missing Parcels: If your tracking says "Delivered" but you haven't received your goods, please contact us within 48 hours.
