- The Archive: Items purchased from The Archive are vintage or pre-owned. By purchasing, you acknowledge that these items may show signs of wear consistent with their age and are sold as-is.
- The Remedy: These products are ancestral supplements. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Always consult a healthcare professional before starting a new nutritional protocol.
3. Accuracy of Billing & Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
4. Fulfillment & The "2 PM Rule"
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM GMT on business days will be dispatched the same day.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT will be dispatched the following business day.
- YG is not responsible for delays caused by third-party couriers or industrial action.
5. International Trade & Customs
For all orders shipped outside the United Kingdom:
- The customer is the importer of record.
- All import duties, local taxes, and customs fees are the sole responsibility of the customer.
- Failure to pay these fees resulting in a returned package will incur a deduction of all shipping and handling costs from any eventual refund.
6. Intellectual Property
The "YG" logo, the "Yasuke Goods" name, and all original designs, imagery, and text on this site are the exclusive property of Yasuke Goods Ltd. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.
